The first reply when you mention the name of province Binh Dinh to a Vietnamese is: martial art. It is not only the brand name but also the spirit of this special land.

Binh Dinh is one of the cradles of Vietnam’s traditional martial arts, with Binh Dinh Martial Arts flourished during the Tay Son Dynasty and thrived under the ruling of King Nguyen Hue. The traditional martial arts have become a unique cultural element and experienced many important turning points during the rule of Dai Viet, Tay Son and Nguyen.

During the wars in the past, soldiers used the martial arts to fight against the enemies. Despite ups and downs, Binh Dinh martial arts, dating back to the 18th century, have been developed with quintessence of many martial arts genres and now have its own advantages.
