The Ministry of Education and Training (MoET) reviewed the 2007 Targeted Budget Support for National Education-For-All Plan Implementation Program (TBS-EFA) in Hanoi on April 7.

The TBS-EFA programme, worth US$5.5 million is funded by the European Commission (EC), the World Bank (WB), Belgium, Canada, Spain and New Zealand and is being carried out from 2006-2010 with the aim of helping Vietnam enhance its management, evaluation and supervisory capacity in education projects.
