Kumquat Jam Recipe

Kumquat Jam (Mứt Quất) which came from many amazing Vietnamese Recipes with hot water can help your throat better and keeps your voice normally when your throat is hurt. A little sweet and sour combined together makes this drink more delicious.


1kg kumquat fruits
300g white sugar
5 tablespoons honey jam
¼ teaspoon salt


Step 1: Clean kumquat with water added salt, wait to get dry, cut in half, remove all seeds, press out of water into clean bowl. Slice small their skin. Next, pour kumquat’s skin part with its water into pot.
