Vietnamese ambassador to UNESCO Van Nghia Dung presented his credentials to UNESCO Director General Koichiro Matsuura at the UNESCO office in France on September 28.

Mr Dung expressed his wish that Vietnam will receive more support from the UNESCO director general and the organization’s secretariat in a joint effort to improve Vietnam-UNESCO relations during Vietnam’s renovation process and UNESCO’s current reforms.
