On March 22, exhibition of promoting tourism and fairs in Red River Delta provinces officially kicks off at Tay Thien scenic area, Vinh Phuc province.

An exhibition of promoting tourism and fairs in Red River Delta provinces is one of the outstanding activities in the Vinh Phuc Tourism-Culture Week opening from March 18 to 28 at Tay Thien festival center, Dai Dinh commune, Tam Dao District, under the direction of the Vinh Phuc people’s committee district.

The event is to promote the specific cultural and tourism traits of the province, as well as honor the cultural values; the beauty of the land and Vinh Phuc people and the Red River Delta provinces. It is also a chance to boost exchanges and investment promotion and attraction.

At the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Tri- a member of the provincial Standing Committee, said “ With the aim of developing sustainable tourism in line with the overall strategy of service development in Vietnam, Vinh Phuc will develop tourism professionaly and sustainably and form tours connecting with provinces. Moerver, Vinh Phuc also focuses on investing and exploiting famous scenic such as Tay Thien natural scenic, Dai Lai lake..”

There are hundreds of exhibition booths of Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Tourism Information and Promotion Center and Trade, Investment, Tourism Promotion Centre of the red River Delta provinces and the rest of Vinh Phuc province. In addition, there are about 50-70 booths  for businesses at the trade fair with various types of goods that offer shopping opportunities for visitors

Moreover, Vinh Phuc Information center also prepares some publications like travel handbook, Vinh Phuc tourist map giving to the delegates during the opening ceremony to help them to have overall look about tourism system of Vinh Phuc.

In particular, on this occasion, there is a link and tourism development between three provinces: Vinh Phuc-Tuyen Quang-Thai Nguyen to introduce and honor the cultural values, the beauty of the land and Vinh Phuc people and other provinces.
