The Vietnam Artistic Photographers Association (VAPA) announced the winners of the 25th National Photographic Exhibition in Hanoi last week.

Four artists from HCM City and the northern provinces of Bac Ninh and Vinh Phuc will be awarded silver medals on August 29 at the opening ceremony of the exhibition in the Vietnam Culture and Arts Exhibition Centre, Hoa Lu Street in Hanoi.
