The Hanoi municipal Youth Union secretary, Ngo Duy Hieu, says every nation has its own cultural, historical, and spiritual identity and customs. Vietnam, especially Hanoi, has a particularly heroic tradition.

Vietnamese culture is diversified. Vietnam possesses over 40,000 historical and cultural monuments, many of which are world famous. The country has 10 world cultural heritages recognise by UNESCO, Hieu noted.

Seminar participants affirmed the importance of preserving and developing each nation’s cultural values, and pressed the mission on youth’s shoulders.
