The final night of the Miss Earth Pageant will take place at Vinpearl Resort, Nha Trang on December 4.

After a month of traveling across Vietnam, the contestants will enter the final round today to see who will be crowned Miss Earth 2010?

The Miss Earth pageant is “beauty with a cause” that promotes the awareness of environmental protection for a greener Earth by plating trees.

“If each person plats a green tree, the planet will have 7 billion green trees.”

The favorites for the crown are:

20-year-old Luu Thi Diem Huong is 1.71m tall with measurements of 82-61-94. She is Miss Vietnam World 2010 and won the “Miss Cendelux Hotel” title at a round of the Miss Earth pageant on November 20.

23-year-old Jennifer Stephanie Paxmino from Ecuador is 1.8 tall and has measurements of 90-64-96. She was among the top 12 in the Miss International round and a second runner-up at the Miss Ecuador pageant in 2008. She won the “Best in evening gown” title in the Miss Earth pageant on November 17 and she has impressed the media with her charming smile.

23-year-old Watsaporn Wattanakoon from Thailand is 1.7 m tall with measurements of 81-61-89. She was the first runner-up for Miss Thailand 2010 and won the “Miss Photogenic” title on December 2 at the gala dinner. She is very intelligent, courteous and beautiful so she captures people’s hearts.

22-year-old Maria Angela Bonanni from Venezuela is 1.77m tall with measurements of 90-62-90. She was the first runner-up at the Miss Venezuela 2009 pageant and is an owner of a restaurant. The Venezuelan contestants are always strong favourites in every beauty pageant.

20-year-old Nicole Faria from India is 1.76m tall and has measurements of 85-58-89. She won the “Miss Talent” her with belly dance performance on November 9 in Ho Chi Minh City. When she is not competing in beauty pageants, she is a professional model.
