Many famous Vietnamese and Korean singers, including Jang Nara, Ho Quynh Huong and Dan Truong, attended a special Vietnam-Korea music gala entitled “Friends” at the National Convention Centre on June 1.

Kim Sang-ug, Director of the Korean Cultural Centre based in Hanoi, said the event is one of the activities to celebrate the 16^th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the Republic of Korea. It is also expected to enhance cultural ties between people and artists from the two countries, he said.
