Thirty young Hanoian people are joining a 10-day exchange programme, which will run through July 19 in Laos’ capital city of Vientiane.

As part of the programme, young Vietnamese and Lao volunteers have conducted a number of activities in a district close to Vientiane, including providing local people with medical examination and treatment and helping them in sanitary works.
