Model Chung Thuc Quyen will represent Vietnam at the Miss Tourism Queen International 2008 Beauty Contest, which will take place in China on April 12. It will be the fifth time Vietnam has sent a representative to this contest.

Born in 1987, Quyen won the Miss Photo title at a beauty pageant held by Vietnam Women’s Magazine in 2005. The 1.72-m model has body measurements of 82-61-91 and appears frequently in fashion magazines and on the catwalks in Ho Chi Minh City.
