Emily Nguyen, a secondary school student in Garden Grove City has won the Miss Outstanding Teen Scholarship Pageant.

Four other overseas Vietnamese, Minh Nguyen, Theresa Phan, Ann Nguyen and Aimee Le also attended the contest which was held to mark the city’s 50^th founding anniversary.
