The Vietnamese Ambassador to France Le Kinh Tai signed a document on September 11 to buy a building in Alber, Paris which will become the Vietnamese cultural centre in France.

Present at the signing ceremony were deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Tien Tho, representatives from the French Foreign Ministry, and Vietnamese agencies in Paris and many overseas Vietnamese living in France.
