Construction began on a tourism village in Dong Mo district of northern Ha Tay province on May 19 as part of a national project to promote the culture of Vietnam’s extensive ethnic minority groups.

The date was chosen to mark the 117^th birth anniversary of the late President Ho Chi Minh.
