The second-time voting for the most online favourite beauty at Miss International 2008 closed at 10pm (local time) on November 5 and the winner was Miss Vietnam Cao Thuy Duong.

Of more than 139,550 votes on the website http://www.geocities.jp/intlbeautypageant/vote.html, Miss Vietnam Cao Thuy Duong gained 26,776 votes, equal to 19 percent. She was followed by Miss Sri Lanka (19,892 votes), Miss Peru (19,569 votes) and Miss Ecuador (19,530 votes).
