The Vietnam Software Association (VINASA) held a press briefing in Hanoi on February 26 to announce the fifth Sao Khue Award, aiming to honour individuals and organisations who have made contributions to the development of the Vietnam Information and Communications Technology (ICT).

The award ceremony will be held late April.
