Radio the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) organized a seminar in Hanoi on October 31 to discuss issues related to radio listeners and radio broadcasting renewal.

The seminar, chaired by VOV Deputy General Director Le Dinh Dao, drew the participation of representatives from the Vietnam Communist Party Central Committee's Information and Education Commission and the Institute for Social Sciences of Vietnam, as well as heads of VOV departments.
