The Vietnam Culture Development Society (VCDS), a New York-based non-profitable organization, has presented 14,300 English-language books and magazines to educational institutions in Vietnam.

The VCDS handed over the books and magazines to 15 Vietnamese universities, research institutes and charitable organisations at the Hanoi National Library on February 27.
