Electrifying hip-hop dance performances by Maximum and Big Toe crews will take place in Hanoi on the evening of November 28 to mark 16 years of the Republic of Korea-Vietnam diplomatic relations and the second anniversary of the Korean Cultural Centre in Vietnam.

The event is expected to increase the exchange between youths from the RoK and Vietnam in the field of culture and arts while improving friendship and mutual understanding between the two countries.

Maximum from the Republic of Korea is a world’s leading B-Boy group that has secured first prizes at many renowned festivals around the globe. Hip-hop Korean singer Onesun (Kim Sun Il) who will perform at the event has composed music for many movie soundtracks.

Meanwhile, Vietnam’s Big Toe has become known in the Republic of Korea with assistance from Hanoi authorities.

Kim, a hip-hop singer from Vietnam, is popular among local young people for her excellent singing and dancing abilities. She performed together with Korean music girl band Babyvox Rev at a Vietnam-Korea music programme held by the Korean Cultural Centre in Hanoi in 2006.
