Hanoi Open University and the ASEAN Distance Training Centre of the ASEAN Ministers of Education Organisation (SEMOLEC) have held an international conference on scientific research in open universities.

More than 50 reports of domestic and foreign scientists and experts from Russia, China, Malaysia, Hungary, the Republic of Korea and Vietnam were presented at the conference.
