Vietnam will host the ASEAN Golden Vocalists Festival for the first time in Ho Chi Minh City from October 15-19.

The contest will see the participation of 18 professional singers from eight ASEAN countries: Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Brunei and host Vietnam, as well as some guests from television and broadcasting stations in China, the Republic of Korea and Bulgaria.
