The first International Puppetry Festival will be held in Hanoi from February 16-23 to introduce the Vietnamese puppetry art to regional and world audiences.

Participants will come from Belgium, Brazil, China, Egypt, Indonesia, Israel, the Philippines, Singapore, Sweden, Thailand and Vietnam.
