Hanoi will host the 63rd World Esperanto Youth Congress from July 27-August 3, the Vietnam Esperanto Association announced on July 25.

The World Esperanto Youth Organisation (TEJO) is set to elect its new executive board for the 2007-2009 term at this congress, which is held annually on a rotation basis in the organisation's member countries.
