The Hanoi municipal People’s Committee will cooperate with Fukuoka prefecture of Japan to organise Fukuoka Cultural Days in Hanoi from August 10-13.

The event aims to boost friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Japan and celebrate the forthcoming 1,000^th anniversary of Thang Long-Hanoi.

Various activities will take place during the event, including exhibitions, cultural exchanges, fashion shows, and music and dance performances to introduce the culture of Fukuoka prefecture and Japan to the Vietnamese people.

Hanoians will also an opportunity to enjoy Japanese tea, fruits and food, observe the art of flower arrangement, and gain a better understanding of Japan’s education and tourism environment.
