The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the European Commission and the embassies of Denmark, Belgium, France, Austria , Luxembourg , Germany and Bulgaria will cooperate to organise the European Music Festival 2007.
The festival, a new version of the European Jazz festival, will take place in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City from November 22 to December 3, announced the European Commission Delegation to Vietnam.
Vietnamese will have the chance to enjoy European music performed at the Youth Theatre in Hanoi and the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory by famous musicians and bands such as Rock Moi Caprice from Denmark, Vert from Germany, Jazz band Trio rock from Brussels, Luxembourg’s Jazz Quintet Largo, Pierrick Pedron Quartet from France, Sweet Suisie from Austria and pop singer Roberta from Bulgaria.
A feast of electronic music to be played by top DJs from Germany, Austria, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines, will also be presented in Hanoi on December 1./.
