On the ninth November, according to Sheraton Hanoi hotel, they are honor to be named “The Topten business hotel in Vietnam” in the annual celebration awards organized by World Travel Awards took place in London in the evening of seventh November.

This is the third times continuously Sheraton is proud of receiving this valuable award.

This year, organizing spread on the largest scale over 16 years by World Travel Awards. More than 170,000 experts voted for the most excellent service in the hospitality in general and services in Asia in particular.

This year, evaluating not only base on the experts’ e sentiments but also taking into consideration on staff training courses, the operating process and the degree of clients’ satisfactions.

World Travel Awards is the annual award established in 1993 in order to acknowledge, reward and celebrate excellence across all sectors of the global travel and tourism industry.  Stepping into sixteenth, World Travel Awards recognized as prestige prize which each tourism service property always desire to gain it.
