Recently, it took place a signing ceremony of Best Western International and Oceanami Resort & Luxury Home in Phuoc Hai town, Dat Do district, Ba Ria – Vung Tau.

The Hoa Anh Dao (Sakura) Tourism Joint Stock Company (investor of the project) receives the right of use of the Best Western brand name for the Oceanami Resort & Luxury Home. The Best Western International will consult the overall on technology for the units of the design and construction of the Oceanami’s hotel and resort areas.

According to Mr Vuong Quoc Hai, Director of Hoa Anh Dao Tourism Joint Stock Company, the signing ceremony of Best Western Premier Oceanami will strengthen project brand name level and there will be a Best Western Premier Oceanami at five star standard in the most beautiful coast line in Ba Ria – Vung Tau, and other luxurious resorts system such as Anoasis Long Hai, Long Hai beach, Ho Tram beach, MGM Ho Tram…

Oceanami project is located in the area having the most beautiful coast line in Ba Ria – Vung Tau, with 21 ha area including: 5 star hotels, Bungalow area, conference center, restaurants, spas, swimming pools, yacht docks and 180 luxury homes and many other recreational areas at international standard. The total investment cost is 1,146 billion dongs ($600 million). Currently the project has finished its infra-structure and landscape, and has been constructing the villas for ordered customers. It is expected in the early 2013, the luxury home Best Western Priemier Oceanami will officially start construction.
