On March 10, the seminar “Promoting tourism potentials of Buu Long under the view of journalists” took place in Dong Nai. Representatives from some media agencies said specific identity must be discovered to make Buu Long (Bien Hoa city) tourism region become the best in the province and competitive with other Southeast tourism areas.

Especially, the unique beauty of lake populations must be highlighted. The largest is Long An lake (was called miniature Ha Long Bay by some travelers). Moreover, the value of Tran Bien Temple of Literature – the most ancient one in  the Southern land must be promoted.

Dong Nai Food Industry Corporation was assigned to invest and exploit Buu Long tourism region by Dong Nai People’s Committee. Up to 100 billion dongs will be used in the investment in 2012 for the construction of recreational items. Buu Long tourism region is 84 ha wide and was built surrounding Long An lake which is 20.000m2 wide. There are also unique mountains, ancient pagodas, caves populations there.
