Forty-six cruise ships carrying 50,000 arrivals are scheduled to dock at Tien Sa port in the central city of Danang over the first quarter of 2013.

In the year to mid-February, the port has already welcomed 30 cruise ships, bringing over 32,000 arrivals.

It aims to receive 70 cruise ships carrying 70,000 passengers and crew members by the end of the year, showing a year-on-year increase of 20 percent.

Danang is currently upgrading infrastructure and establishing a centre to attract even more tourists.
