Chol Chnam Thmay Tet of Khmer people

According to official correspondence 478/UBND-VX about traditional Chol Chnam Thmay Tet 2012 organizing, the festival will be organized in 2 days 2 nights; from April 11^st to April 12^th.

The festival’s location is Ky Son Temple, Loan My commune, Tam Binh district, at the same time with the traditional Tet of Khmer people.

The festival includes main parts such as: public performance festival, Khmer traditional clothes performance; exhibits of the topics: “Vinh Long 20 years of establishment and development”, “The features of Vietnam culture of Vinh Long Khmer people”; Traditional cuisine cooking contest “The traditional Tet meal of Khmer people”; many Sport activities and folk games: tug of war, stick pushing, cross-country race, mini football competition, volley ball…
