The Tourism Fair will take place from May 10 to 16. This is one of the activities within the framework of National Tourism Year of the Red River Delta – Hai Phong 2013 with the theme “Red River Civilization” taking place in the provinces: Hanoi, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Thai Binh, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Hung Yen, Ha Nam, Vinh Phuc, Hai Duong. In particular, Hai Phong city is hosted with many main activities a highlight in terms of heritage values, people, seascapes, islands and modern urban life.

“Red River Delta Tourism Fair - Hai Phong 2013” has been held in large scale, including 700 booths with numerous themes to attract the participation of provinces and cities in the region and beyond.

From May 9, many domestic and foreign tourists have flocked to Hai Phong City to attend this great event.
A unique musical repertoire
The Tourism Fair will be held with variety of activities, such as: the exhibition of national potential of cultural tourism participated by 20 provinces and cities; about 200 pavilions for regional culinary culture exchange; about 200 booths for introducing and selling gifts and consumer goods as well as culture and art exchange among localities; and an open exhibition of about 8,000-10,000 ornamental pets and trees.

The Tourism Fair is really a good chance for local businesses to introduce potential, products and tourism service to domestic and foreign tourists, and also a meeting place to exchange experiences between the business, managers and agencies in tourism promotion.
After the ribbon cutting, numerous participants, visitors visited the booths to showcase the products of enterprises participating in the fair.
