At the reception, Mr. Pham Hong Cam has introduced to the delegation an overview of socio-economic situation of the province; the event that Ha Long Bay was named on the list of the new 7 natural wonders of the world (according to the preliminary results);

In the framework of a working visit in Vietnam, delegation from People’s Daily of  China, led by Mr. Zhao Jia Ming, Head of Department of Foreign Affairs of China on 5/2/2012 visited and worked in Quang Ninh province. Mr. Pham Hong Cam, Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee of Propaganda and Training received the delegation.
