Artists from 11 countries and territories will take part in the festival entitled “Hanoi sound stuff” being held at the Vietnam exhibition centre for culture and art.

Among the Vietnamese artists are musicians Quoc Trung, Ho Hoai Anh, Vu Nhat Tan, Tri Minh, singers Thanh Lam, Tung Duong and handicapped Nguyen Thi Lan. The international guests include Chris Wolter and the OZE from Germany, Brian Ring from Canada and Cheewai from Singapore, Dickson Dee from Hong Kong and Liand Guo Jain from China.

The performances will take place on 3 stages providing music lovers with various musical styles, genres and trends.

The festival will focus on cultural exchanges and use electronic music to send the environmental message to the public.

On the first night of the festival, the artists will turn off all the lighting and sound systems for one minute to support the “earth hour” program on March 28.
