In anticipation of Lunar New Year festival (Tet), the capital’s citizens are enjoying the Spring Newspaper 2008 festival which runs from January 25-29 at the Ly Thai To park.

This year’s event is being held in the open air with the aim of creating a lively cultural space by helping Hanoians easily gain access to newspapers from different parts of the country. There are thirty stalls displaying spring publications from central, provincial and city press agencies.
