A book exhibition is being held in the Institute for Cultural Exchange with France (IDECAF) in HCM City from December 7-12 to honour the culture of reading.

The exhibition, which has attracted the participation of news agencies, writers, and critics, aims to call on the community to preserve the culture of reading. At the exhibition, the Van Lang Culture Joint Stock Company have displayed more than 1,600 books in the field of politics, education, psychology, literature and medicine.

The event is co-organised by the IDECAF, the UNESCO Centre for Cinematography and IRIS Advertising Co,Ltd.

The event will also be held in the General Science Library of HCM City from December 15-20 and the city’s cultural youth house from December 21-29.
