Alcatel-Lucent and Vnphoto.net officially launched an art photo contest entitled Alcatel-Lucent: Toward a Better Life in the capital last weekend.

The contest is aimed at encouraging professional and amateur photographers to take real photos of vivid contemporary lives and the ways that they are being changed by advances in IT and communications.
